  14. I have a M144 modem ( I don't know the brand although it might be Targa)
  15. and after two tries to connect to busy lines I always get the following
  16. message: DELAY 60 SECONDS, and the modem does not respond during
  17. that time, and I can not make any other call. I try to restart with ATZ and 
  18. other strings, but it does not help at all. The only way to overcome this 
  19. message is to turn off and on the modem.
  20. Should I change anything in the configuration of the modem?
